• The product must be in its original, unopened packaging.
• The product must not be used or damaged, and the packaging must remain intact.
• Returns of opened or used products cannot be accepted due to hygiene reasons.

How to Return a Product

• Specific instructions for shipping your package.

Note: Returns sent without prior communication cannot be processed.

Shipping Costs and Tracking

• Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.
• Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive confirmation, and your refund will be processed within 14 days.
