Article 1 - Definitions
Cooling-off period: A period of 14 days to cancel the purchase.
Right of Withdrawal: The consumer’s right to terminate the agreement.
Consumer: A natural person not acting for business purposes.

Article 3 - Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer and agreement concluded at a distance between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Article 4 - The Offer
The offer contains a clear description, price, and terms.
Images are representative.

Article 5 - The Agreement
An agreement is valid after acceptance by the consumer.
Upon electronic acceptance, the consumer receives a confirmation.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal
Products: Within 14 days after receipt, the consumer can cancel without reason.
Services/digital content: Within 14 days after purchase, unless already performed with consent.

Article 7 - Obligations of the Consumer
Use products only as needed to establish their nature and functionality.
In case of damage due to unnecessary use, depreciation may be charged.

Article 8 - Returns
Report returns within 14 days by email or form.
Return costs are the responsibility of the consumer unless agreed otherwise.
Refund within 14 days after receipt of the return.

Article 9 - Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Personalized products.
• Hygiene products whose seal has been broken.
• Digital content delivered immediately with consent.

Article 10 - Prices and Payments
Prices include VAT.
Price increases within 3 months after purchase are not allowed, except for legal changes.

Article 11 - Complaints Procedure
Report complaints within 7 days by email.
If unresolved, contact Stichting Webshop Keurmerk.

Article 12 - Disputes
Dutch law applies in the case of disputes.
